Check engine code P0300

Hey guys need some help, I got a random check engine light this afternoon with no weird sounds or smells, so I took it to an advance auto parts for a free diagnostic check and the rep there pulled this code P0300 and stated it was a missfire. Asked him what it could be and he said the most times it's because of the spark plugs. Since I have not changed them and I have 65k on my '05, I was already planning on changing them any way but wanted to see if anybody else has recieved this code and what they have done. I am also gonna call the local dealership and give them the code to see what they say, and come Monday I'm gonna call up a buddy's mechanic to see what he might say aswell. But if somebody here can help it would save me a lot of time and worries.

Thanks.

Thanks GoRacer that was very handy website, and that was exactly what I was told. Hopefully it's just the plugs and Pat I am from South Texas about 7-8 hrs south of big D.
