How much moisture is going to get into a sealed fuel system?

 

ITs not sealed. How does the air get into the tank as fuel is used? Through the gas cap. If air did not have a way to get in then the tank would collapse as the fuel was drawn out. So if its stored empty then you already have moisture in it.
