air tools are stronger, you could always dial the pressure regulator down some so it won't be as strong

I use my cordless 18v Makita at work on spark plugs all day long. some other techs like to use air ratchets.

Lukewarm engine, loosen plugs a quarter turn or so, spray carb cleaner in the plug wells and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. I use a fresh battery in my Snap-on 3/8" cordless impact, and go. Hammer on them and don't stop until they come out.

Haven't broken one yet.

how many of these trucks have you done?
