Arrow Sound Deadener

Ok, so with my new Alpine R components and Alpine Mrp F300 amp coming in this week I want to sound deaden my truck. I have researched and researched to find out as much as I can. I have it down to either Raamat or Dynomat. I know some say raamat is good, but now that I think about it Dynomat didn't just "pop up" at the top. They had to have something good. So my question is. What would you all go with? How much should I order to do my supercrew doors, Back wall, and the floor? What has everyone else paid to do this? I just want to get the most output out of these speakers. I have looked at other brands, its just I don't have an extra 300 bucks laying around to do this. I want to do it using quality products, but still keep it at a good price. Thanks, Brent.

Also, what is everyone getting as far as Raammat? Bxt or Bxt 2 or is anyone getting the floor kit?

I think the general consensus is that compared to raammat, edead, or some of the other brands, you'll have to purchase dynomat extreme to get comparable results. Don't be fooled into thinking dynomat is the defacto standard in sound deadening. just because their marketing is better than other brands doesn't mean their product is.

Yup, otherwise, Bose would be considered the best home theater speakers you could ever buy, lol. (Hint: Bose is terrible)

Ok. So to anyone who has installed Raammat. What did you get? BXT 2 or just the regular BXT? Also I see they have a floor roll that is only 69 bucks. If I were to get that to put on my floor, would a roll of BXT or BXT 2 be enough to do doors and back wall? It is in a Supercrew. -Brent

From what I've researched, it could take up to 150 sq. ft. to cover the floor, back wall, and doors of a supercrew.
I'm still wanting to do this to mine - I've looked mostly at edead.
