How much stuff is shared between the 04+ f150 and 03+ expedition? I took a drive in an expedition today and i like the steering wheel button layout of the 07+ ex. over my 06 f150. I also liked the console shifter. It seemed with very little work, things could cross over. Has anyone tried?

 

cant find any information, so im going to bump this. Specifically the steering wheel. Im interested in seeing if the steering wheel would cross over to our f150's

 

i really don't see why it wouldn't be able to. Seeing there is minor differences between them mechanically.
