spark plug ?s with performance mods

ok guys and gals my truck is a 04 ford f150 5.4 3v with sct tuner, jlt intake, banks 3.5" exhaust, efans, rear cats deleted soon to have underdrive pulleys, 4.10 gears, front cats deleted, long tube headers, and custom tune my truck has the factory plugs with 81,000 miles on them im wanting to change them do i need to stay with the factory plugs or do i need to go with a colder degree spark plug?

Ok I was just wondering I was reading about the troyer stage 3 kit and its has everything that I have done and will be doing and it uses a colder spark plug.

You don't want to use a colder plug if you can help it in a 3v, due to the carbon and sticking/breaking issues.
