Another Code This Morning... P0054?
true, but that's why I suggested swapping them to see if the code follows. O2 sensors aren't cheap and it would suck to buy one, only to find out that something else is causing it. It's very easy to throw a ton of money at a seemingly small problem if you haven't diagnosed it.
My Cobra kept throwing o2 codes ALL the time, but it was for both banks. I probably went thought a half a dozen sensors before I figured out I had a crack in a connector that was letting water in.

Okay guys, I just got them switched over. I'll find out in the morning.... oh the anticipation
I'm hoping its the sensor that way I don't have to delve into wiring

After swapping them the the code did move to bank 2, sensor 2; its odd though because it took it nearly a day and a hundred miles to throw the code again..
Would it be wise to just replace both?

Being the cheap bastard that I am, I would just replace the one o2 first. They don't do anything but monitor the cats anyways.
not having to spend another 60 bucks is okay by me too! Thanks for all the help guys! I do appreciate it a ton

This is what I hate about emmissions... but glc, you are correct.
I did this similar thing to my other truck.
