Aux button stopped working

I have an aftermarket iPod converter hooked to the AUX on my 2006 F150 factory radio. It has worked flawlessly for the past year. Today when I hit the AUX button to switch to iPod from FM, the radio switched to AUX for about 1 second, then reverted to FM. I could not get it to go to SAT 1, 2, or 3 which it normally does. I cannot get it to stay on the AUX setting. Anyone have any ideas before I bring it to the dreaded overpriced shop?

Thanks,
GW

Mine did that once, I unplugged my pie(thing that plugs into the deck for aux) and plugged it back in and it worked, worth a shot I guess

Try what bjp207 said. If that doesn't work, your iPod converter is probably bad.
