How to upload pictures on here!!!

Im trying to upload pictures and its says your suppose to hit the post reply button and the attach management buttom is suppose to be at the bottom but i dont see anything

I believe you have to have accumulated a certain number of posts before you have the ability to post pictures.

Never understood the reasoning behind this though....

For some reason this site is always a PITA to upload pictures to...and then they get lost...or the archives move somewhere.

just annoying to me
