Time for levelling kit/tires!
Alright guys, it's finally time to get rid of the stock Pirelli's and get some real tires on this thing. I have an 07 Screw with the stock 20" wheels. I'm thinking of a 2" levelling kit, and that should allow me to put on 35's? I've read more wheel/tire threads then I care to admit. Questions are...
1. What levelling kit and where should I get it?
2. What tires/size?
I don't do much offroading, lots of driving in pretty heavy snow covered roads, towing a 21' trailer with snowmobiles, also pulling 4 motorcycles/quads in summer. $$$'s not really an issue, but I'll be sticking with the stock 20" rims.
Thanks for your input, I'm really excited that it's time to do this!

Option 1- 2" Autospring + Bilstien 5100s on stock setting + Tires
Option 2- Bilstien 5100s on 2" lift setting.
Either way, being as you tow a lot, I would do either an AAL or Firestones in the rear.
As for tires, my vote goes to a 325/65/20 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM2. AWESOME tires. When I wear the ones out I have I am getting another set.

If you are just doing a leveling kit then you can go to http://www.roughcountry.com/ford_f150_leveling.html. Also i would go with 35 Nitto Trail Grapplers they ride great my dad has a set on his f -250 and they ride good. But if $$$ means nothing and you don't want to go to big yet go with a 4in or 6in lift and 35's

Being that the case... I would recommend my set up to you.
Pretty much do the same thing with mine.
2.5 Inch AS Level Kit and 3 inch AS Rear Block
325/60/20's Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10's
3/16 inch wheel spacers
Here's how it looks.
if you can't tell by the pics the tires are GREAT in the snow!!!

The pathetic OEM shocks and struts
The day the struts went in at 2" lift setting

I would Not recommend the 2.5" level kit.
I got the 2" level kit (Auto Spring, ~ $65 shipped to your door) and my truck was 1/2" higher in the FRONT.
I fixed that though since I had to install the Firestone airbags anyway (I tow my race car).
IMHO, a 325/60-20 is just too much tire for a non lifted truck. Makes it look too cartoonish (see the examples above).
A 305/55-20 is pretty much ideal for looks and interference issues.
I chose the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ in the 305/55-20 :

I personally haven't had one issue with the 2.5 kit.
But I'm not concerned about the ball joints, etc.
Since a Rancho lift will be going on very soon!!
I'm going to replace the control arms all together since I'll be in there anyway.
Also why when I needed tires a couple months ago I wasn't going to buy smaller ones when I knew the lift would be going on!
Before the new tires went on I was running 275/65/20's 34.07 x 10.83 x 20 they worked but didn't look much better then the stockers. IMO
The 325's aren't really much taller then a 35 just wider.
To be exact they are a 35.35 x 12.80 x 20
If you went with 305's those are a 33.21 x 12.01 x 20
I got the tires for 1300.00 mounted and balanced.

Oddly enough, that actually looks bad-a--. I think it's the step side bed that pulls it together.
I just think a 35" tire looks too tall on a non-lifted F150. Fills up too much of the wheel well.
If you're already planning a lift, then yeah, 35's or more would be the way to go.
