Damnit! I am soo jealous! Im Cal Fire out here in so cal and I wish I could run lights on my truck. I live about 30 min from my station and if I get a call I have to be at the station asap and if traffic sucks they tell me to put my flashers on and drive on the shoulder! I need lights! Ahhh! But we do have the coolest engines out here!

Just curious, what color are you used to seeing them in? i have never seen anything but red here in florida.

It has been a few weeks...how is the setup working for you? My main intrest is the heat in the reverse lights. They giving you any problems?

Looks good man. You should think about some LEDs on the side for clearing intersections. I'm about to re-do my setup with all LEDs.

general rule of thumb

city = red
rural = white with green or yellow
Forest Service = forest service green

but it also depends on the buget and if they purchase new or used trucks/city colors, much like police vehicles color scemes...
