Weird noise and hesitation. **Video link**

My F150 has been makin a weird noise for the past two days. The noise only can be heard while idlin (not as loud though) and can be slightly heard from 1,000 rpms to 2,000 rpms but from 2100 rpms to 2500 rpms you can really hear it whine. What do you guys think it is? Also another thing in the video, is at around 2 mins into the vid, i start flooring the gas pedal to allow it to downshift into 1st gear. Every time i do this the truck hesitates for a second. What do you guys think is causing this? Thanks again for the help and i hope the video link helps! Also, forgot to mention that the check engine light came on the other day for about five mins and went off. While the check engine light was one, it hesitated really bad. Took it to autozone (eng light had shut off by then) and the guy their said no codes were throwin.

thats causin it to whine or hesitate? None of the lights dim and when you leave the lights on for an hour or two at a landscapin job, she starts right up. I was listenin to it the other day in the drive way after i started it cold and it seemed that the noise was comin from the bottom left part of the motor. If your standin in front of it while lookin at the eng bay

this only happens when youre not moving?
if thats the case... my vote would be a pulley or something powered by a pulley...
does everything else work fine? power steering, electronics, a/c?

it happens when i am moving and not moving. Power steering hasnt got weak at all, so i imagine that it aint that. Also, the whine isnt through out the entire RPM band, so therefor it isnt the power steering. A/C and everything else is fine. But the heat isnt as hot as use to be.
