AND why not fork it out bro. You've forked out much much more to get to this point! hehe
285 vs 305 has nothing to do with height, its the width of the tire. The second number is the aspect ratio determines the height of the tire based as a percentage of its width. I did a post a while back that explains how to calculate the size of a tire, you may find it helpful - here is the link: https://www.f150online.com/forums/wh...tire-size.html

My mods are...
K&N Drop in filter, (working on Gotts mod, but being lazy...)
SCT XCal2 (VMP).
Autospring 2.5" offset leveling kit.
Pro Comp 1089 17x9 4.75" Backspacing.
Hercules Trail Digger MT 35x12.50/17.
Hunter brush guard and nerfs.
Pro Comp 130w stainless steel driving lights.
Delta gull wing box, going into my BIL's body shop here shortly to have top skin replaced with 1/8" plate steel to support my 102" antenna...
Hi-Lift with winching kit and locking mount.
102" stainless steel whip, 6" stainless steel (yeah right) spring, (DO NOT BUY HUSTLER SPRINGS!), 18' high perf RG8u coax, Realistic TRC-465 40ch AM / SSB CB Radio, Realistic Power Mic, Cobra P.A. and extension speakers. (My 4x4 club requires CB, I like to hear and be heard on the trail...)

I am sure I have forgotten some mods...

Pending mods. (Pending the $$ to do them...)
4.56 gears and Detroit True Tracs on both ends..
Leatherseats.com leather conversion.
Dash Mat.
EGR Rugged Style flares. Leading to custom 2 tone paint job featuring Arizona Beige and Dark Stone reverse of the typical Ford AZ beige Dark Stone motif... Seen it with Pueblo Gold / Dark Stone and thought it would look better with Az Beige...
Matching spare.
Buckstop Bumper with holes for 6" driving lights and 4" stainless fogs (wired to OE switch). Also with mounting provision for Warn 12K PowerPlant winch.
Warn 12K Power plant winch.
Rancho 4" lift. with a 5' 0" wife, a 6" lift is too big...
JVC AVIC stereo / nav / DVD system, amp, upgraded speakers. I am NOT going big stereo here though. I want good, CLEAN sound, not competition thump.
