What's this called?

The part below the front bumper. Below tow hooks - usually plastic - on mine anyway. Also, is the part above the bumper called the Valance?

The Part below the bumper is the Valance and the part above the bumper is the upper bumper cover.

Gotcha. Where can I find alternative Valances for a 2006 F150 Lariat?

The ones that come to mind...
-3D Carbon (Foose)
-FX2
-Harley Davidson

I can think of other bumper replacements, but thats all i can think of for valences...

Am I forgetting something?
