Although I hate to say it, I agree with most of what everyone is saying here. The certain mods you had interfered with the repairs they had to do. Like they said, warranty covers stock repairs. It's voided when custom work becomes involved, causing you to have to pay for it.

Just bad luck this time around. Chalk one up to experience.

As you can see here, between the Ypipe and the single main pipe there should be a slide joint with a clamp

Anytime a Ford Tech has to perform more work, beacuse of somebody's Mods are in the way....it means "Voided".....That is why I am keeping my truck in basically "StocK " form
for the duration of my 7 year 100K mile ESP warranty......That goes to "tuners" also....I am quite satistied with how it performs in stock tune! This is a 6000LB truck...not a Mustang!....

Yea I pretty much agree with everyone else on here.

Especially on the rearend!!!!!

Whoever changed those gears could have done anything to ruin the clutch packs. No friction modifier, etc. Hell as far as Ford knows you could have ran it without gear oil for a certain amount of time.

I agree. The only thing that I've changed was my radio and lights.
