I didn't want to screw with that cable so I didn't go any further, I only wanted to get my ducting out and I was able to squeeze at that point.

Please take pictures if you can and maybe you could turn this into a technical write up

Good Luck

you can take the gear indicator out of the cluster and leave the cable attached to the shifter. you just need to squeeze those tabs on the bottom of the indicator and itll come right out.

I can't wait to see pics. What do you plan on doing for a paint scheme anyway? Also, how cut up or your hands right now

that write up is going to be a bit too hard just bc i didnt get as many pics as i wanted and bc idk how to make arrows go to where they need to point to show where the million of bolts are. but here are the pics and maybe we can all somehow try to make a write up for it together.

this is showing on the upper drivers side where one of the four hard bolts are to get to that face opposite of you.

This one is of the lower drivers side where the 2nd of the four hard bolts that faces the opposite of you.
THE OTHER TWO THAT ARE HARD TO GET ARE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT AS THE DRIVERS SIDE ONES.

This is just showing the two bolts that you have to take out after getting the gauge cluster out.

kinda blurry but its where a couple bots are underneath where you had to pop off the defrost vent covers,

just everything taken out where the radio and a/c controls were

passenger side defrost vent cover off and a couple more bolts.

passenger airbag underneath where three bolts are that you have to take out.

blurry but this is the passenger side completely out except for the airbag part

driverside with steering wheel, gauge, shifter, and everything else taken out

Holy cow. You should have bet me because you would have made alot of cash! Wow.

You could do the dynomat if you think its noisy in there but I think they're pretty quiet.

How about a center speaker like a 60's car. And an AM radio

LEDs in your ducts

A heads up display like a Vette or Bonneville

A large monitor that raises up in your windsheild view to display the image from a Flir or night vision camera

Hide a fog machine in there for effect. Halloween is coming

I could go all day...
