sorry for a n00b question.. but is this the cam phaser typical noise? this is the exact noise mine makes at idle, and it started up right after i purchaced the truck

that is the sound a noisy cam phaser makes at warm idle. Some consider it typical....and some don't. Mine were making that exact noise before I changed them out last month. I want a quiet truck
