2006 F150 Lariat A/c Issues...

I remember a few years ago on here there was a discussion about a/c issues with 2005-2007 F150 w/ climate control. I can't seem to find it. My issue is my a/c gets warm sometimes while sitting at a light. (Black truck/black interior, South Florida) I remember reading not to use 'Auto' and to power off the a/c prior to turning the truck off. I continue to do that, but sometime the air still gets warm and definately does not reach the lowest temp (60*) A friend did a full recharge on my a/c yesterday and it was only down not even 1/2 lb, but followed through with it anyway. This really had not changed anything. Does anyone have some info on this situation?

Thanks

My last truck had this problem and would be warm before leaving work in the afternoon and it seemed like it wasn't working right so i took it in and i forgot exactly what it was but in our ac unit it has a flap/lid that opens to let cold air through and that was not functioning right and wouldn't open all the way so took it to dealer and they fixed that issue and it worked great after that... my 08 doesnt seem to have that issue that my 05 did.
