Squeek at low rpms....could I need brakes at 35K miles?

For the last week or two, I've noticed that I have a squeek coming from the front wheels, but I'm not sure where its coming from. When I put the truck in reverse and back out of a spot, I can hear it good...and it goes away as soon as you hit the brakes. There is no noise while braking...it happens at low rpms and I can hear it while accelerating...probably because of the exhaust and engine noise. Could I need brakes at 35K miles? If so, how much should it cost for a shop or the dealer to do brakes all of the way around?
