Bumpsteer/rougher ride after level....Help?

Added a 2" AS level to my truck about 7 months ago. Ever since, the ride is rougher(which I knew was going to happen) but also has alot more bumpsteer. Whats the best way to "fix" the bumpsteer and smooth out the ride a bit? What options do I have?

Thanks in advance!

Mine also has a little bumpsteer and a bumpier ride after the leveling kit was put on. So the bilstien 5100 might get rid of it?

So if I got Bilstein's, I could get rid of my AS 2" level since the Bilstein's adjust from 0" to 2.5"?

I'm not 100% sure bilsteins will solve the problem, they might help though. Bump steer is a notorious problem with F150's lifted, leveled, and stock from what I have heard, and experienced. The only thing that eliminated it for me was the Rize lift (cured it a good bit), then the Camburg UCA's (cured it even more), and now with the King Coilovers it is pretty much Zero. Costly? Hell yea! Worth it? To me it was! Although I dont have the smoothest ride quality in the world

I noticed it at stock pretty good, leveled it got worse, and my lift actually started to cure it. There is a thread about "steering wheel nibble/ bump steer and a possible cure" floating out there somewhere on F150online if you got a wild hair and wanted to do some searching.

After my level I haven't noticed my truck riding that much more rough. And I don't believe replacing the leveling kit with the adjustable shocks are going to help. They may some, but i really doubt they would. I am pretty sure I have read they are just about the same as the leveling kit in ride quality.

Interesting. I was ready to install the AS 2" kit after much debate going back and forth between Bilsteins and the leveling kit. I do not want a firmer ride, so figured with keeping the stock shocks the ride would not be affected noticeably, if at all. Now I'm hearing more feedback that contradicts what the autospring site says: THE OFFSET DOES NOT IN ANY WAY EFFECT THE HANDLING CHARACTERISTICS OR FACTORY RIDE QUALITY.
Maybe what I am hearing is due more to a heavier wheel or tire put on after installing the leveling kit?

When I put the 2" AS on my truck I didn't notice any difference at all in ride quality or bump steer. However going to aftermarket wheels with 325/60/18 tires with a load rating D created a rougher ride and some bump steer. I then removed the AS and put the Bilstein leveling shocks on. They improved the bump steer and made the truck feel more stable and handle better. But the ride seemed to get rougher with the Bilsteins.
I prefer the Bilsteins due the feeling of having better control and "less" bump steer. Also for the fact at 30K some odd miles one of my rear shocks was shot and the other one very very soft and made changing lines on the interstate feel odd because the rear of the truck would react slow.

Also the AS shouldn't change the spring rate or the shocks. It's just a spacer that goes on top of the assembly so the ride should not change at all. The only thing that changes is that there is less downward travel in the suspension before it bottoms out.

Definitly shocks will help, the stock shocks suck on our trucks. It will make a huge difference.

Any kind of specific shocks? I dont know the least bit of anything about shocks/suspensions etc.. Been looking around the interwebs, trying to do some research, and there are bazillions of different shocks.

Also, anybody recommend better control arms and brand that would help the issue. Only done a quick search around for Camburg's and they are hella expensive.
