That's stock size for a 4x4, about 31.5'' tall, they fit on the wheel and I'd assume on your truck as well, is it 4x4?

According to my calc's your new tire will be 1" shorter:
Existing 265/70/17 = 32.6"
New 285/65/18 = 31.6"
I have 265/70/17's on my truck (Geolander HT/S), pretty happy with the tire but it is a bit heavier than others of comparable size. My tire is 31.6", also 2wd no problems and have plenty of room.
Hope that helps.

i just did some research.

Results:
275/65/18 = 32.1x10.8/18

265/70/18 = 32.6x10.4/18

im guessing it will fit. now to get the tires lol.
