ive always used mobil 1 full synthetic since day one in my f150. and the mobil 1 extended performance filter M1-210. always worked well for me, and i didnt have any rattle noise from my filter like that other kid said earlier here. also it says its good for 15k miles or one year whatever comes first. so i usually just change it ever 10 to 12k miles.
