Vehicles are not investments, parts are. That's why salvage vehicles in excellent condition will return 4 times the amount in parts. I don't know about you but getting a $20K truck that's worth $20K and has a clear title sounds a lot better to me.

I've considered Salvage Title vehicles for purchase before. I've seen them get bid up pretty high on ebay as well. So I 'm not the only one. Sounds like you got a great deal on this one. You can always sell the add on goodies separate later. Just keep the original equipment for when you resell it.
