Need some advice here guys. Like the title says, 76k miles, blue smoke at start-up sometimes and a slight knock. Sounds like tapping your knuckle on the valve cover type knock.
Wondering what the next step should be:

Leave it and wait to see what happens...

Trade it in for something else.....

Or get it fixed and keep it for a while....

Unfortunately, no extended warranty coverage. I usually only keep vehicles for about a year or two then trade them in on something else. I get bored.....

I think before doing anything it would make sense to spend a little money and find out what's actually wrong with it first. Once you know what's wrong then you can make an intelligent decision on what to do.
