trans flushed and filled at 45k, is it going to go out now??
I think the biggest reason for mine is the tires and the constant in and out of the o/d with the 3.55's, id guess with 4.56's it runs alot smoother and wont over cycle the tranny like mine does. Do you have a tuner?
Having worked as a service writer in the past, I know that it is better to flush your fluids on a regular basis than waiting for 100K + miles before doing any maintenance at all. It is when you wait for long times that deposits form here and there and when cleaned and flushed, the deposits are moved or disturbed. Now pressures change that are now much different than they have been in a long time. This is when worn or marginal parts may now fail.
Although B&G is a fine product, remember that everyone at the dealerships service department is getting a kickback on every can/service they sell. They may want to sell you a B&G emissions service for $80-$100 bucks while getting $3.00 (cash) for doing so. It makes you think if they are selling you the service or the kickback.
