Mileage 2005 vs 2009

Say fellas I'm in the last 3 years of work when I can write down my vehicle for depreciation.
Is there much difference in the gas mileage in the 2005 Lariat vs the new 2009 units in 4x4?

I think the improvements on the 09 will be highway only because of the 6 speed trans.....city probably won't be diff

The mileage might improve all around because of the 6-speed. Don't quote me on that.
