Console to Jump Seat

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a 2005 F-150 supercrew. It currently has a center console between the two front captain seats. Is it possible to do swap it for a jump seat? Ive seen post when people do the opposite but was wondering if there were any thing special that needed to be done because of the seat belt? Is it as easy as unbolting the console and bolting in the new jump seat?

does your console have the shifter? If not, then its just 4 bolts and its out and the seat bolts right in using the same 4 bolts.

x3... I did it on my XL supercrew, but swapped the jumpseat to the jumpseat with storage... I got a good deal on the truck but could not go with only having storage in the glove box.

I have a tan leather jump seat for sale in the classifieds. The console and the seat are interchangable. Just remove 4 bolts and put the seat in and bolt the seat in and you are good to go.

You can trade them out easily. If you decide to do it, let me know and I might take the console off your hands. I just have a bis hole in between my seats right now. Need something to fill it.
