Yeah, in my opinion it can also be where a company gets to big for their own good and start to not care about the customer.
I see we seem to have some problems here which I will address.
We had a period of time here where we were not monitoring the forums and the personal emails piled up. We appologize for that and that has been fixed. We currently have a person on staff that their only job is to answer emails. Emails now will be answered as quickly as possible.
As for the phone and customer service issues I ask that if you call please ask for me and I will take care of you. We have 17 people that answer phones and not everyone is up to speed on the newest items.

i had a good experience each time i dealt with Domenic....
woo hoo! I dont know, I havent really dealt with anyone on the phone at tasca, but I am pissed at them. Ever since I discovered thier site I have been ordering. And ordering. And the 5% discount isnt much, but damn it it helps me spend more! Thanks Tasca.
