Tasca Ford Contact

Is there someone specific members contact at Tasca Ford? Thinking about updating my Harley emblems to the '09's and need to know if the alignment pins match up. If there is a contact name at Tasca, please let me know. - Og

Yep, Domenic is the man. He's been very helpful with each question I've had concerning everything I've ordered from him.

I've only had 1 experience with Tasca Ford and it was not a good one. Ordered and payed for in full(price, tax, shipping ) , got order number and thought all was good. Only to get an email a few days later saying I needed to pay an additional shipping fee on top of the one i already payed. Like $40 more. So I canceled and took business elsewhere.

I sent Tasca a message through this site and it took them a week to respond with just 3-5 parts number prices. F150partsguy on this site (Ed) responded within two hours. I went with Ed. After the week I had figured Tasca was not interested in my business. Just my personal experience.

FWIW-after I already knew you could buy them in a bag of twenty thru my local ford dealer but they had to be special ordered and I was in a hurry, and after hearing about them on this forum, I figured surely they would have some in stock so I called Tasca and asked if they had any F150 TPMS clips, the lil brown ones that hold the sensors in the cradle, and as soon as I finished asking him the question, the parts guy quickly replied, "NO, you cant get those by themselves, you have to buy the entire sensor"...without even looking it up....that will be my last call to them.
I worked in a dealership parts department for more than 10 years, I know what that really meant. "I dont feel like looking it up, if you want them from me buy the entire sensor or go some where else, I get paid on commission." So I did...and will continue to do so. YMMV Just my personal experience and opinion.

I'll try locally first to see if the dealership can get the '09 badges for me without any back talk. No problem with them in the past. If not, I'll try Tasca. - Og

Forgot to add earlier... one the part numbers I gave Tasca they said did not exist. It was given to me by my local dealer. Tasca said local dealers give out fake part numbers because they are afraid consumers will go to internet Ford parts websites.

I got the part from F150Partsguy with the same part number I gave Tasca.

I spent $100 on those parts from F150Partsguy. Guess Tasca was not interested in the $100.

Either supporting vendor you choose, it's good to have guys like that that support our site and guys like us, no matter how fast they answer emails.

I just had the same experience....called up tasca has I has a question to ask and double check some part numbers. Whoever answered the phone was actually a smart ***. He put me on hold (only really put the phone down) and I could hear he saying to someone else " I got this guy on the phone that wants me to check a this stupid part number" I was thinking nice cs you ***.....Don't get me wrong I am not trashing there name as I did order my towing mirrors from them and Dominic was more then helpful but whoever I talked to last time needs to relearn how to talk on the phone..

But it was time to replace the fuel the air filter and I went with Ed!

Responded with the right part numbers within an hour.

Not talking bad here either... I just worked with the guy who answers the messages on this site. They did not leave their name in the responses. I'm just telling it how it was.

Yeah, all that it takes is one person that does not give a rats *** about there job and it rubs off on the company/dealer being the same way.
