I take pride in keeping the underhood of my truck clean.

On my old 97, I didn't have a problem, there wasn't much road splatter from rain, mud, road salt etc. But on my 08, the thing is a mess. I couldn't believe how much road splatter covered the engine compared to my 97.

Has anyone else noticed this and have the figured out a way to add something to help keep the splatter from the front wheels out of the engine compartment?

 

yeah under my hood is all dirty from a couple minor puddles

 

You can use some of that spray on cleaner just for that, or you could pressure wash the entire engine bay (would not do).
