i know that there are a few people on here that are good using photoshop. and i was wondering if someone could change the color of the wheels for me. i want the face black and the whole lip red. i can't decide if this is something that i want to do? can some one help me? thanks

 

I wish I could help you, I'm still learning; still not very good with it.
