Thought I'd give the new camera a test and went out to see what I could come up with.

Couldn't resist this spot...

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm still trying to figure out this camera but I'm making progress. Hopefully by the end of the summer I will have some better pictures.

One thing I wish I could change is to have the truck further backed up towards the building in the third pic so the reflection in the water would look killer.

#2 is the best of the pack IMO. What Camera did you go with and there isn't anything wrong with being far away because can always zoom and crop in PE.

Canon Rebel XS with the regular 18-55mm lense. I've got an older 70-300mm lense I need to try out sometime. It was a toss up between the Rebel and a D40.
