Noise when operating heating system

I have a 2006 F150 supercrew. I am hearing a nois coming from the dash when I switch to redirect the blower to vent, lower, defrost etc. sounds like it may be the damper motor. Is this a big deal to change?

what you need to do is take the motor off and the cam system and lube the cam with that blue teflon grease ford has. any other grease or lube we have tried hasn't worked. Its located on the drivers side of the case.

if it helps.....i sprayed mine with a product called tri flo teflon. its available in hardware stores. i put some towels down on the floor and over the gas and brake pedals and sprayed away. took care of the noise and after i did it i got colder air in the summer. the door, i think, was hanging up.
