I am glad someone talked me into buying the bilsteins instead of the leveling spacers!

Your contact with the spring is typical for a spacer type kit. The spacer is allowing the suspension to droop well beyond what is designed, and likely without offsetting the spring inward. I believe the autospring spacers move the spring mount in slightly to help prevent the contact.

DXB-F150, the spring contact may be part of your noise, but I agree that it is most likely the sway bar end links. You'll hear the noise mostly at lower speeds on speedbumps and stuff. They can appear tight, and feel tight, and sometimes still be worn down enough to hear an audible pop when going over bumps and uneven ground.

Hey Brainjwilson, thanks for adding your comments. Just to confirm, the sway bar runs under the truck and is in a 'U' like shape. One end is held in place and the other has bushing.
I had them check the torque and the end without the bushing was over 60 ft.lbs of torque. They did not check the end with the bushings. Dont ask, I dont know why they didnt!?? But does that sound right?
I have not driven the truck since as they still have it for some other work im having done on it, but by the fact that nothing has changed, I suspect the noise will still be there.
What do you think??

P.S. The levelling kit I bought was from CCM Offroad and was offset. Here a link to their website

Perfectly normal...

And it does move away once the tires are on and the truck back on the ground.

Has anyone tried using the Total Chaos upper A-arm mods with a leveling kit? I have heard that this will take away the rubbing issue, and you can keep your stock ride.

hey brianjwilson, how do those bilstiens ride?
