From: NorΩCal - East Bay
Moog UCA's $95@=$190.00
Moog LBJ's $30@=$60.00
Parts total = $250.00
(new front shocks = ~$100@=$200.00)
Front wheel alignment = $90
Floor jack, hand tools, BJ tool rental, labor = $free

So hey, you paid about $250.00 more than if you did it yourself...and that's assuming you knew how to do this kind of work, you had the tools and workspace. Not too bad, I guess. I always go w/ Moogs and zerks but that's just me. Plus when I installed my stuff when I did my lift, I about froze my butt off.

At least it's done and you got your truck back...

The extra money was well worth it. I am trying to graduate college with a B.S. in Mechanical Enigneering right now. With only 2.5 weeks left in the semester you can only imagine on how busy I am. I can't wait to be done!!

that's a fair price IMO. i don't know where stovetop is getting prices for moog uca's for 90 bucks, but when i crossthreaded the nut on mine, napa was over 140 for one.

This is what Rockauto has them listed for when I looked up my 07. But you're price from Napa sounds normal for a part store transaction.

MOOG Part # K80306 {Control Arm w/Ball Joint}
Frt Susp; Upper; LH
$89.99
MOOG Part # K80308 {Control Arm w/Ball Joint}
Frt Susp; Upper; RH
$90.79

Hey, jrbhc8, how's the job market look from you're spot? Not much up here in the northern half of new england for entry level or senior level engineers.
