Do you have any additional mods besides the edge programmer?

You should call Bill at PHP (Office: 678-963-9913). He's probably the most knowledgeable person for this.

You need to get a custom tune to get rid of a nasty lean condition that arises when a CAI, and edge programmer are installed on a 3v 5.4L. Bill at PHP tuning can help you will all of this.

Bill will tell you that a CAI with canned edge tunes do not work well with each other. I think that this combo may lead to a lean condition in some trucks, but others here have said "no problems".

I noticed a difference at certain rpms (2000 and 3400) after I added the Maggie exhaust. I would get the slight cabin drone, but there would be weird vibrations (felt and heard) throughout the truck. When I put it back to stock tune, they went away. I just chalked it up to the programming/exhaust combo causing some weird sound vibrations. I have been running this combo for about two years without any further issues. Never felt a vibe through the gas pedal.
