Whats the most you've ever towed?

Tonight I set the standard pretty high for how much pulled with this truck. Unfortunately, due to the company I was helping I couldn't take pictures. But I was working at the truck stop and a tractor wouldn't start on one of the fuel islands. The driver asked if anybody could hook up and pull start him. I volunteered and me, the F150, and my 50,000 lb recovery strap came to the rescue. Pull started him, he had just come down from the scales prior to fueling (200 gallons) and weighed at 65,000 lbs. I only pulled him a few hundred feet or so, but still pretty impressive I think.

Just this weekendi pulledabout 4500-5000 lbs for 120 miles each way, got 11 mpg, I hate towing with my weak *** truck. At work I regularly tow a 13k lb excavator with an f450

I pull 6500 lbs monthly. It is a 4X4 diesel tractor on a dual axle trailer. Plus whatever I have in supplies and people.

It pulls pretty well, but you do notice it is there. (especially with the hills around here) I don't set any land speed records pulling it & would recommend having a diesel truck if towing this type of weight daily.

Are you the guy the pull that ship through the ice in that Ford commercial a few years ago?

That's impressive, I'd never do it though.

I've towed prolly 4500-5000?

Regularly around 2000, maybe.

I was pulling 15000lbs of crushed concrete when i still had my 03 screw. i actually rear ended a rice burner that cut me off and slammed on his breaks. I had gotten 3 tickets until the little idiot mouthed off the the cop about how he cut me off cause i was not going fast enough.

bike trailer 3500 lb. dry weight plus 750 lb. Harley and 600 lb. suzuki.

Also a horse trailer, but with the size of it and the horse, i think the bike trailer is heavier.

Leave it too the rice runner

Most I ever pulled was an old Chevy Tahoe, and some metal which was also in the back of my truck, on its way to the crushers in the town 20 Miles from here. Gross weight was 16,000, after I was unloaded i weighed about 9,000. That trailer weighs about 3,000lbs alone. Them car trailers are built for real.
