transmission help

shifts normal 1-3 until the freeway.. the transmission seems to slip and not want to go into overdrive.. any suggestions?

04 f150 5.4L triton..

130k miles
tranmission flush 2 times
2wd
diff fluid changed 2 times..

i'd venture to guess that you need a rebuild
