i agree with this somewhat, in my case, why the hell would i wanna send 1 brand new wheel back in the box, that was never used? for the hell of it? come on, be realistic, what sense would that be? none, they are just trying to keep from getting a wheel back because they know most people won't pay to have it sent back and make way way too many phone calls about it, most people don't have time for that, they know that, screwing the consumer! i went round and round with the jackass from cruiser alloy and he was like "well i bought a new 09 truck and it was blemished" my response was, "well then you should have inspected it upon delivery". needless to say they did in fact send me 2, american tire distrubutor, a got a big FU for you guys. giving out numbers to people that have absolutely nothing to do with it, nice try! then i said that their company was a joke and that they should take some notes from rimzone, WOW did that ruffle his feathers

But who is to say they ACTUALLY checked it at the plant? I could have shipped 4 rims (they rotated them 3 times still could not see which one) and they could just say they were fine and I have no recourse and I would be stuck paying shipping twice at $135.00 each way! A-holes. The worst part of all this was the guys attitude. Like somebody pissed in his cornflakes that day. Sounded like some young little punk who happened to land a job where he can feel big. Probably the only place he feels big, so his girlfriend says!

I, for one, appreciate the OP letting us know about the policy. Thanks for the heads up sml175. I won't be buying anything that American Eagle makes due to your poor customer service that you received. you can honestly tell them that at least one other person won't be buying their product because of the problems you had.

thanks, the dealer himself made that call. All they said to him was "Whatever" and hung up on him! Talk about A-holes. I will NEVER buy a another product from that company. Also, the tire dealer refused to carry their wheels. So the movement is going. And they bill themselves as a "family owned, customer first" business. ooooo k. And hell froze over last night!

From all the complaints about Eagle Ive been reading on here lately Id NEVER buy their wheels. Sounds like a bunch of jerkoffs making inferior rims.

I bought a set of eagle alloys through a dealer in texas because they had them the cheapest i could find even with shipping. It was called Toms Wheelz if i am correct. I had many many problems with Toms and would never go to their business again. But one of the wheels i received had a very small hole actually in the wheel. I had no problems when i went straight to them with the problem. They shipped me a new one within a few days and I had the faulty wheel back to them.
