Who change their 06 bumper to 05

Who change their 06 bumper to 05
Ive searched and can't get a definitive answer. I have 6 brackets (3 for each side) and bumper stops. The guy I got the 05 bumper from gave me everything. He did not have to change out ther upper bumper going fom 05 to 06. But while reading other threads some have had to change out the upper bumper going the other way. Does anyone have a write up on this.
