roush customer service/warranty

has anyone ever had to deal with roush for a broken or defective part? my front strut broke on there suspension kit and i am wondering how they will handle it if at all. i never seen anything like it before, the threaded section just broke completly off. i have installed at least a dozen sets of struts and never had this problem. i hope they do the right thing cuz they want $150 a shock.

ok they are good but i spoke a bit to high of them to soon. they are handling it but they wont send me one until there shock distributor which i believe is bilstein looks at it and gives them the O.K of something like that. so now i have been 3 days without my truck and beginning to take back all the good things i said.
