Just three day after you bought it? Yeah that would hack me off too! I am glad you got a good dealer. BTW - Took possession of mine on Friday and Sunday morning pulled out of the garage and forgot how big the truck was - you guessed it, the truck became one mirror cover lighter. Have you ever seen anyone dressed for church stomping around in his church clothes in the garage cursing? lol

Have you thought about reinstalling the bumper backwards?

let your wife drive it around for a few days - and maybe she'll get lucky and hit the same spot twice and pop the baby back out!

And, as an aside, I had the experience of having the FASTEST repair job EVER! I dropped off my truck at the body shop (which is part of the dealership where I purchased the truck) at 5pm on Wednesday night, and it was done and ready at Noon the following day! Barely 4 working-hours later. Had it done at the body shop at Helfman Ford in Houston. Did a good job too.
If the bumper was already painted and dry, four hours is a bit long to replace it. I can swap over every nut and bolt and realign an F150 front bumper in a little over an hour by myself and im no 'certified ford tech'
But that is pretty fast service for a body shop.

I think the dent in the bumper has happened to all of us, i know it happened to me except it took me a year versus three days lol.
And to the OP, like the census says, PDR forget about it. You can beat the dent out as much as you want, and youll have to do a bit of body work and repaint it. In the end it may be better getting a body shop to order one, PTM it, and then just take your truck in for a quick replacement. Be prepared to drop some coin though, ford is awefully "proud" of their easily dentable bumpers. If it doesnt bother you that much, wait around and see if you can pick up a cheap factory take off from somewhere. It took me two weeks after i dented mine to find a nice complete chrome fog version for almost a hundred bucks less than ford wanted for thier new bare one.
