Interior Noises

Hello All!

I have a 2006 f150 FX4 quad cab and have had it in the shop about 7 times now to get rid of some very annoying interior noises. It would appear that every time the truck flexes or goes over a bump, after you hear the typical tire thump, its immediately followed by a plastic sound creek or crack which is coming from the interior door panels and side pillars that separate the back doors from the front. I have had it in and they have removed the door panels and tried urethane tape to get rid of the rubbing but it has nothing to do with the panel rubbing against the door frame. If I push on the plastic door panel I can actually get it to make creek/crack sound. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. The last time I got it back they seemed to get rid of a lot of them but the more I drive it, the more they come back. has anyone had any experiences with this and can you share your solution ... or if you have any other advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
V
