Should my dome light have more bulbs in it?

This is an 06 FX4 supercab with the overhead rails. On the rear dome light fixture there is only one festoon bulb, but it looks like there should be 2 906's or something similar on the sides, like it is for the map lights up front. What do you think? Where can I get those little sockets that twist in?

That is how they come. If you look the little clickers are missing too to make the side light work individually. I too took mine apart to see. You could get those black piece at the dealership or ebay probably. The bulb size is like you mentioned 194, 921, 906 etc. They are all he same physical size. I just haven't gotten around to finding them myself. Instead I was going to make an LED board full of white LEDs but need the coin to do so.

Im not sure if it should or not, but a junkyard would be your best bet for those type of parts

Thanks, I was actually doin my led shopping tonight and was going to get 4 of the 194s, but I'll probably just leave it alone and get the 2 up front since it'll be cheaper haha. Plus I guess I don't really need the extra light in the rear seats so much

on a similar note, what size is that festoon bulb in mm?

The reason it doesn't have the lights is bc they only came installed in the SCrew trucks. The part number for an interior light that has the extra lights is 4L3Z-13776-BAD.
