Thats got to be what is wrong, the alarm is not use't to that kind of setup I would think.

Yeah, I figured since the alarm was put on prior to it having the keypad, it was probably wired someway a little differently than if it had the keypad. Do you guys still use the KARR alarm at all?

Are those Harley 22's on your truck? I saw them the other day taking my son to the school so he could practice riding his bike.

Sounds as if I'm stuck with a malfunctioning alarm.

The company County Line/Bankston used that did the alarm installs may have gone out of business, but KARR isn't out of business.

I did this mod on both my 05 and my 08, up here in snow country there is nothing worse than having a 3 inch wide strip of windshield that doesn't get cleaned beside the thick A-pilliar, lots of lost visibility. Hopefully Ford will have fixed this issue on the 2010 model, or I'll be doing this mod for a third time next year.

Never had my wipers apart but is there a way to not make the wipers rest in a higher position, but still let them go further on the swipe? I guess not easily if this is what people do.
