I'm looking for a black painted H-bar grill for my truck. Anybody know where to get it or have a part number?

I bought this h-bar grill for the black surround only. Going to swap them out tomorrow. Is this the grill your looking for?

 

i think he wants a black painted grille, one off a fx4 that had the luxury package.

 

Mines was off a 04 FX4 w/ luxury package, i didnt know they had painted hbars, learn something new everyday.

 

i don't think they started painting the grilles til 07, along with that you got painted door handles and the tops of the mirrors, eatc, and gray headlamps. the grille you posted is a normal fx4 grille, the luxury package grills are completely painted, all glossy.

Does anyone know if you can just have the FX4 grill painted to look like the luxury package grill?

 

When did you put the Grapplers on? they looks sweet!

 

you can have it painted, but if you wanted it to be smooth as glass like the ones you see, it's gonna take alot of sanding. or you could just scuff it with a scotchbrite and shoot it, but it will have a plastic feel to it, but it would still look glossy.

 

Put the Grapplers on about a week ago! Drove 12 hrs in it this weekend and couldn't believe how good the ride was with them!

 

It's funny because when you were asking for what grille would look good I was going to recommend the painted H-bar.
