I've got a leak, any help

It looks like my rear brake is leaking? Just saw this today.
Do you think this would be covered under warranty.

It's been shuddering when I turn and gas it the back feels choppy.
I read on here somewhere, someone mention clutch packs as a possible problem.
Just not sure if the two are related.

Thanks guys.

Hard to tell where the fluid is coming from in the pics.

Could it be an axle seal?

Look in here for some pics.

Looks like you have a axle seal leaking, and the shuddering if probably due to the fact you may be low on diff fluid. I would check to make sure your rear diff is full

brakes look okay from the last pic. I would say its an axle seal based on the pics. When you tear down to do the axle seal, make sure you clean the brakes really well. All that oil on the brake parts will make them not work like they are supposed to.

Yeah, probably an axle seal. Does it have a distinct odor?

probably would be covered under warranty, atleast worth your effort of a phone call. Tell them your vin # and ask them if axle seals are covered under warranty

It was the axle seal. Now fixed.
Plus, I had the clutch packs replaced while it was there.
It's home now

Thanks everyone.
