Theres a fuel filter tool you can buy at the dealership for about $15

 

made my own out of some stainless fuel line and some pliers out of an old tool kit

 

Gotcha, I had an a/c line tool that I used to remove the blue clip the other day. But I thought someone had said there was another tool. I'll be at the dealer in the morning getting my emblems stuff sorted out and I'll ask them.
