hey guys, about a month ago i was in the Chicago World of Wheels, its a pretty big show full of some insane cars and bikes. i never got around to uploading pictures form it so today i had nothing to do so ill post a couple here and ill make the album public so you guys can check it out.

The lifted truck class was pretty small due to it being pretty much an all car show but i took second in my class which was 4X4 pickup 88-current.
I lost to a twin turboed diesel. it was a chevy.

haha, they are alright. if i clean them and keep them clean they look nice, but i cant wash them and not dry them, then they look like crap for some reason.

its very odd.

but they will only be on for about another month or so. new stuff in store for the summer.

The truck looks great!! I am guessing the Dmax next to you truck is the one that got 1st place. Did they say what the hp and tq were on the twined Dmax?

those are some clean photos. have you thought about white handles, mirror caps (like the 08s not the whole mirror), and PTM DSG oem flares

 

The guy that owns that truck lives about 10 minutes from me. I've known him nearly my whole life. The last time I saw that truck it was in pieces awaiting this transformation. This is its 3rd or 4th go around.

 

yeah i talked to the couple the whole weekend! they were so nice dude, thirty years in the making of that truck. its incredible. They won a couple awards for it.

And the Duramax was making around 900HP and 1300 TQ. it was insane, on our way out we all had a little burn out session, there was a crowd of people and someone had thrown a couple buckets of water on the floor and since the people werent able to trailor thier cars actually out of the building everyone had to drive them. Matt, the guy that owns the chevy was behind me, after i did one i drove away and i heard the turbos spool up a good 300 feet away. it was so cool dude.

And 06yz250F.. i have some plans for my truck, i just dumped a nice chunk of change on it and its goign to be changing a good about hopefully before april!
