Question 325/50/R22 Will They Fit With Leveling Kit

Just to start off yes my truck is 2wd and I know I'll get **** from some of you guys, but I tried the lowered truck deal and its not for me.

I have plans now to remove my 2.5'' lowering shackles and reinstall the factory ones and then put a leveling kit on the front. 2 Questions?

What size leveling kit do I need?

Can I fit 325/50/22's on my wheels that are 20x9.50 and 30mm offset with just a leveling kit? If not what is the biggest tire I can fit that is made in a all-terrain? Or should I ditch the 22''s and go to 20''s since there are more tires available?

i doubt it, if your truck was 4x4 i'd say yes. the norm is a 33 on a 2wd and a 4x4 can get away with 35's

i dont think 325/50/22 will fit but Nitto makes a 33" terra grappler in for a 22" wheel..

285/50/22 will fit no problem with a 2" leveling kit

If I decided to change to a 20'' stock wheel what is the biggest tire I can fit?

I'm looking at a set of 325/60/20 and wondering if those will fit?

Thats a true 35 tire. Being 4x2 I would think you need more lift than it takes a 4x4 to fit 35s. If you level 2 inch on a 4x2..should fit those 33s ( 305/55 ) no problem?

How much lift does it take a 2wd to get up to the stock size of an FX4? If some one answers this and says 2 inches.....you will need a complete lift to fit the 325/50/22, a 34.8 tire. Here is my FX4 with those tires, but not leveled yet, 2.5 kit on the way. Can NOT drive it this way....one bump in a turn and it would lock up the tire in the wheelwell. Hope this helps you.

usual general rule of thumb is 2wd with leveling kit will fit 33s and a 4wd with leveling kit will fit 35s. but there is exceptions to the rule this guy did fit 35s on his 2wd with only a leveling kit and some trimming to the front bumper, here's the thread link https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...-problemo.html
